Many projects of the Elblag Chamber Orchestra may be organized due to its engagement in obtaining funds from external sources. In care for breeding new generation of music lovers, the Orchestra develops its educational section in which there are special concerts for young and open general rehearsals. EOK, also participates as a partner in international projects with purpose to promote and popularize Polish composers and their artistic works.

Since 2014 Elblag Chamber Orchestra is originator and organized of the "Muzyka polska na Żuławach" Festival. I and II edition of the Festival were co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage..
